About Jay
Jay has spent a lifetime and career in the cattle business, in Central and South Texas. He has an
accomplished cattle feeding career with over 50 years of operations and management experience. He
has previously served on the Board of Directors for Nolan Ryan Beef as well as the Texas Cattle Feeders
Association.
Over the last 20 years Jay has helped develop markets in Texas and Mexico for Akaushi and black wagyu cattle. Jay has worked with hundreds of local ranchers and national branded beef companies to supply the highest quality cattle and carcasses. Jay holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics degree from Texas A&M University.
